Hi guys, first time poster and glad to be finally having a reason to post. I picked this up a while back and have slowly built it in to a round-town and work-commuter, simply because it felt amazing to ride. I have managed to find out very little about it other than Phil Sherwood having some connection to the Raleigh race team, but thought it best to suckle at the teat of the all-knowing cow 
any and all help very much appreciated 
Picture at the end in the condition which I came to it, I had the wheels and shimano 600 crank sitting there and figured why not keep it simple for my purposes.
Also please excuse the state of my work-bench, it's been busy recently
