Definitely rare, rarer than a Yo Eddy, Klein etc. etc. etc., and definitely a BSO, possibly a good BSO. Probably worth a punt for the novelty and the parts if you don't like the bike.

I love the suspension fork/suspension stem combo.

Need a suspension seat post to complete

You wouldn't enjoy that fork stem combo. Forks on there own OK but those JD Component stems are awful, Girvin Flexstems are way better. I have tried a Balistic Sus fork/JD Components stem combo, it was horrible, never again :roll:
