Does anyone know where to get new jockey wheels?
Is it easier to buy a second hand mech as a donor?

Tyres changed.

I repacked the rear wheel as it had a tiny tiny bit of play. And was pleasantly surprised to find all the surfaces looking good inside.

Now i just need to find some new jockey wheels.

cracked frame

Dont knwo how i missed this before, but i was greasing up the seat tube before putting it back in and noticed the grease coming out through the seat post

Seat post is bust

Hopefully the seller will be sympathetic to a partial refund?

Looks like a bit of a weak spot, most frames are beefed up in that area. Can't remember seeing many non-lugged 531 frames, even brazed frames usually have an extra sleeve of metal for strength.

thats a shame, at least it wasn't a huge outlay, you are still quids in with all that XT

i'm sure you will find another gate like frame to hang all that m730 off - give THM a shout as he seems to sniff them out!
