Peugeot Magnum Reynolds 531

Ive got Peugeot Magnum which I bought to pinch some parts of but I think its too good for that as every part on it seems to be original. 531 F+F, Full M550 Lx group, Wolber Rims. Metallic black frame in pretty good order.

No cables on it now but it did ride very nicely when I was using it during the summer. The only thing I noticed was that the headset was quite worn. I think I put a new chain on it a few months ago and I put new bearings in the BB. All in though it could make a very useable retro ride made in France with the best of British material.

I will get photos done tomorrow when it gets light.

As you wish Chris. Lovely pic of Millau by the way, one of our better modern achievements. I still love the old road which is now more fun as you can see the bridge from it.

What is the frame size please (c-c and c-t).
Is all the rust superficial, or is any of it deeper?

Is it 531 throughout? And which flavour of 531 is it?

Ive shown the worst of the rust below. Both pictures are the seat stays so it should be possible to to do localised paint repair without disturbing the rest of the frame, if you thought it was bad enough to need a repair.

Forks are Tange and the frame is 531 Magnum.
