The seat tube ends slightly above the rear tyre. I'm guessing it's a 42cm (16.5"). However you could always ask the seller to measure it.

this was for sale previously on the bay a few weeks to a month back, there was a comment from someone who had come runner up at a real auction for the bike that his asking price was twice what he recently paid, but there's no harm in that i suppose.
