Here is my setup for drilling the bolt holes on a larger pcd, I will do the same to make replacements for my 118 pcd Sakae crankset.

Love a good little home workshop set-up! When you said you we're a retired toolmaker, my eyes lit up! Great work and having access to a lathe and a mill is amazing and enables you to fix/tidy up all sorts of things!

The latest addition to my Peugeot is a rather nice Britannialloy "Grand Prix" pump complete with coloured bands, it could do with a polish but then so could the rest of the bike and yes the chain needs tensioning.
I have just got back from the supermarket on it and after a two week tour of Norfolk and Suffolk on my 3 speed Roberts which is really too small for me I am thinking that I should have taken this one instead, it is more comfortable, possibly Lincolnshire next time and this could be the bike to do it on.
