Personal DAB radio

Can anyone recommend a personal DAB radio. I keep thinking that it would be crap at picking any signal up, any one had/got one?

I've used one of these with my iPod for the last few years:

Not really had any issues with it, the signal is as clear as could be most of the time, but then the issue is the DAB signal in valleys or dips usually. It's similar to mobile phone signal strength. So it might depend on your location, or where you plan to use it.

it really depends on where you are and where the transmitters are - its got a bit better over the years but even though I'm in a flat part of the country and about 10 miles from the Sandy Heath transmitter, DAB around here is poo either via car, portable or static DAB receiver.

with streaming apps for the smart phones, DAB is looking a bit shakey

*EDIT: please note that its not signal strength you are after, its signal quality

i have a bush one i bought from aldis 3 or so years ago
works well most of the time , cept when you get that "walking thru the sound waves " moment , but i've found that if i put it under my hat it works a lot better
must be that metal plate the gu'ment fitted in my head in nam , marth turns that macrowave on i damm near piss ma pants

do find that digital radio stations are a bit thin on the ground tho
maybee its just a geographical thing , but a lot no longer transmit
