What is the original year for these? I am restoring a 1979 Carlton and need period pedals.

I have a set of these, purchased in 1983 if that helps. They are still in fantastic condition, well, not just as good as these!

Hi,

In all honesty, I can't tell you the original year for the pedals. I do know that bicycles produced in 1981 were equipped with SR-SP150 pedals, viz info on this link

but I've not been able to get closer. The pedals went out of production - to the best of my knowledge - around 1989/1990.
