PAYPAL Gift fees

Just bought Malvern Rider's Kona and paid through paypal gift, and guess what.................No charge???? Have they dropped them completely?

Depends on how you "fund" the payment.

It came straight out of my paypal account, not off a card, i thought they charged how ever you paid.

Ive noticed that it varies from nothing to quite high , maybe it's on the value of transaction ?

It's in the funding.

If you pay from PP balance or bank it's free. From debit or credit it's 3.4% plus a fixed fee.
