Ooh that's very nice . Straight stays and black decals however suggest its a 1991 or earlier frame.

Weird.

It happens. Many times sellers don't even know that they are blocking international bidders, due to having stated no international sales in their preferences, at some point, in the past. This will not allow communication from bidders outside the u.s. (sometimes)
