Hi, the Paul Levers should be the V-Brake-Version.

The centre of rotation is higher at the Canti-Version.

I don't want to be intrusive, but I think that those are V-levers. Here's a pic of my just reconditioned rasta levers for cantis:

yeah i'd go with v levers too - i just bought a pair identical to the silver ones and i really hope they are v levers! judging by the two photos, the canti centre of gravity is much shorter than the v version... cracking rastas!
