Yep, got them saved in my watch list. Are they definitely V brake specific?

Yes, they are the long-pull version, with the different pivot position than the cantilever version. That was the first variant of Love Lever for V-Brakes, the previous (1st) generation of Love Lever was only for cantilevers.
