Patroness Saint of Biking?

Wasnt aware of this, but apparently 'La Madonna del Ghisallo' is the Patroness Saint of Cyclists as was confirmed by Pope Pius XII.

:? And there was me thinking it was going to be someone calles Shimano..

If you do a search on ebay for la madonna del Ghisallo, you'll find the auction I found that snippet on. Amazing what you learn whilst searching for random bike things.
