For a change i agree with the op. It does seem a sort sentece. MAX is 5 years, hell be out in 2 i reckon.

Who knoes what really happened as the only witness is dead.

From someone who lives in sa, burglars often are armed so shooting then asking questions is the accedpted way so dont judge by uk standards.

Bottom line is a woman is dead, nothing will changve that.
