Bought last Summer as a project to get me into a bit of trials after 15 years but I’m just not getting the time to use it and at 34 riding it leaves me aching way more than MTBing so it has to go.
Spec as follows;
Pashley 26Mhx frame
Marino disc only forks (new over the winter)
Orbit trails crank with bash
Kona platform pedals
FSA stem
Dialled Bikes high rise bars
Shimano LX front disc brake
Avid FR5 rear brake lever and Tektro V brake with purple booster
Shimano Deore hubs, drilled Mavic front rim with unbranded trials rear rim (ground braking surface)
Running as single speed with half link chain, mech hanger is fine for a rear mech.
The tatty Planet X seat has been changed for a good condition black saddle since I took the pictures
After I bought it last Summer I replaced the forks and front brake, Had the rear rim re-built onto a brand new Deore non-disc hub and the front wheel re-built with new spokes as the old ones were the wrong length.
The frame has some battle scars with scuffs to the paint in odd places and a dent on the non-drive side down tube which I’ve tried to photograph.
It’s a good fun bike to ride, ideal for messing about in the street, it’s a bit scuffed up but overall looks fine and could be left as it is or would make a great restoration project if you wanted it to look as good as it could do.
Looking for £245 collected from Staffordshire (near Cannock chase), would prefer not to post if possible.
