Parts for Kona Fire Mountain

For a budget resto job on my 1990 fire mountain

I'm looking for the following :-

A set of wheels, 7 speed rear. (with cogs on would be fine).

A set of thumb shifters.

A set of pedals.

Existing front and rear mech are 300 GS, so would like to stick with shimano components.

Hi Chris. I have a barely used 7 speed rear with a screw on freewheel. Came off a new Apollo bike so not super-light but only used for a week for my commute becore I swapped to a disc wheel. Black hub, silver spokes, black rim (anodising has only just begun to rub off from brake use). I can also include a matching unmarked rim which I removed from the front wheel. £18 posted for the wheel and rim. Let me know if you'd like pics.

I've a set of Araya wheels "Taken from my 1990 Kona these wheels are pretty true" to quote the eBay when I purchased them. Shimano hubs & seven speed cassette.
