Parts - 1936 Ladies Phillips Bicycle

Hi there, I'm trying to restore a 1936 (?) Phillips ladies bike and I'm really struggling to find parts. So far, the only parts I can find are in India and they're not willing to ship over the odd part here and there, only in bulk. I can't really find anything in the UK. Is anyone aware of anyone who can help?
