Parkpre PRO825 complete bike

Looks like the TI paint finish that my Comp Limited had in this photo

This is the Ti Plate finish, it brushed then laquered with a tinge of colour.

With my limited language skills :? this is the colour
"Gabel: White Power Rebel, Polymer-Dämpfung"

And the frame is
"Chromoly, heat treated, double butted"
is it even a pro825?

Not sure about this one, needs better photos. This is what a Pro 825 Ti plated frame finish should look like - very shiny and laquered. However, the 97 finish was described as Silver Sand by Parkpre, so jury is still out.

I swear mine was a touch darker than this. But it was about 10 years ago when I last saw it, so I'm prepared to be wrong.

Gabel means fork, so I assume the fork is a White Industries 'Power Rebel' (never heard of, maybe for German market?) and Polymer-Dampfung perhaps means something to do with elastomers?

Only the highest levels of Tange were heat-treated, I don't know whether basic Prestige was heat-treated, but Ultimate Superlight was, so I read this to support it being an 825.

Can I ask what signs make you doubt that it's an 825, as I don't know as much about them as I'd like to?

I would say it is a Pro 825 - just never seen one with that finish before. Quality bike frame with good quality components too, just wish I could justify buying another bike. 19" high end Parkpre's don't come up too often around these parts.

The finish was my first doubt, but as rekiborter said, the later ones had a silver sand finish rather than Ti plate. Its not a lower end Parkpre as it has no pannier mounts (Scepter Comp has pannier mounts, Pro825 not). Double butted cromo is what the Scepter comp is described as, while the higher end Parkpre's were superlight/ultralight, just wondered why he didn't mention this. It probably is a pro825 as he said, it just looks different to mine so i asked the question.

My mate has the real deal and it's Ti plated. That one looks like the lesser painted version. It was heavier because paint is heavier than plating!
