I have just finished restoring a Pannonia bike which will now go to Bikes for Africa. I have tried to find information on the manufacturer and all I have found is that they were Hungarian and primarily motor cycle makers and used the brand name Csepel.
The bike is a single speed 21" ladies model 'Popular'. The brakes are Altenburger who stopped making in
1992 and the inner tubes (with Woods valves) are Camel of Thailand who claim to have gone 'international' in 1990.
Anybody got any other information?
