I tried a Specialized 2.3 Tyre (quite a wide 2.3 pictured) and it's very tight, only have about 3mm each side of the chainstays. So I don't think your 2.4 will fit

It's for the Kona Mokomoko.

Thinking about it now I've got a horrible feeling they're 1.95s not 2.1, so may not be quite so perfect, but I'll check.
