I think they're equivalent to a 5 1/2 to 6 uk size
My wife said they were a bit generous but I just realised she never fitted the internal lacing system! Only secured them with the velcro! She has some of those Scholl weird Starlift rocker soled shoes and the insole is the exact same length. So Scholl should be more accurate than Northwave. Her shoe size is officially 5 1/2.
