I would be interested in th judy sl's but do you know if it's possible to swap the steerer on them? I need one at least 21cm.

The steerer is press-fitted so you'd need to replace the steerer, crown and upper legs to fit a longer steerer I'm afraid.

ooh also, i cant work out - do those wheels have disc hubs ? ie would the hope brakes work on them ?

The wheels are disc only with splined disc hubs.
