I have a newly acquired Colnago Master with a painted Precisa fork. The fork is currently chromed at the tops and bottoms, with black blades inbetween.
I would rather have all chromed forks. Will the forks be chromed underneath the black? What is the best way for me end up with an all chrome fork- buy new or do something to mine?
