Paint match for 95 Cinder Cone ?

Is there any detail anywhere on best paint matches for Kona frames?

I'm looking to touch in a couple of chips/scratches and perhaps have the frame clear coated after, so keen to get a good match.

Rattle can/touch-in stick would do fine - just keen to see if anyone can recommend the best 'blue' for me
