sorry mate hope it goes soon from what i hear its bloody painfull and a really acute pain thats hard to get stop :shock:

The only shoes that fit comfortably are my knackered old SPD shoes.

The stiff sole helps too. Tried them on some loose SPDs and hey presto, I can ride a bike quite happily - now just to negotiate it around the kitchen and bathroom and I think I'm onto a winner...
