packing and posting wheels

how much does it cost to pack and post a wheel? what's the best way to pack it?

Pair in a box std parcels was about £10.50

insurance about a quid extra

I think 1st class or next day ( :roll: ) was around the £15 or £16

I went to my LBS and they gave me a wheel box. Choose the day that your LBS gets new bikes/kit in. That's what i did.
