Pace rigid fork alternative......!!

Hi Guys

Well it has taken me a few months but I have found a supplier who can offer the following for all us retro bikers.

Exotic Carbon products: www.carboncycles.cc

They have offered me the following fork. Carbon fork with Cro-Mo steerer, I.S disc mount, 390mm length (like early Pace ones) for £159.99 delivered.

I know this might be a bit steep for some but its good for me. only down sides are that they can't supply with a carbon steerer and ~3 months delivery

you may notice that they all look similar to the carboncycles ones

None offer the 1" steerer though...... or 390mm length!

anyway its an option for peeps out there.

on-one listed them in 1" flavour when they launched them about 2 years ago

Price is frequently down to demand unfortunately but you can save money by buying the cheaper ones, a hacksaw and glue if you really want

If you fancy taking the risk instead and ordering up 500 from the supplier, then name your cheaper price...

Hacksaw - carbon.....? Eek!

I'm happy to pay the price mark-up knowing that the 390 has been assembled correctly and not some at home effort by myself :roll:
