Hi Steve - what size steerer tube does the black stem take pls - 1" or 1,1/8"? And 31.8 diameter bars?

Ah sorry fella, this sold on ebay I think a while ago. Was 1 1/8" steerer and 25.4mm bars. One of my fave ever stems that one.
