Hello Folks, my first post here. I have acquired what I believe is a Pace RC36 Evo Pro Limited edition fork, using the GoatSurfer timeline. A couple of questions, the fork compresses but doesn't rebound very well. Can I service this myself and if so are instructions out there anywhere? Secondly, the steerer is 1 1/8. Am I right in saying I can get a 1" replacement and a shim to fit my 1" headtubed P7? Again, is this something I can do myself?
If these aren't things I should do myself, can I send them off anywhere and how much roughly would I be looking at paying.
