Hi everyone
I have a pair of of Pace RC36 forks. Pretty much every photo I've seen online has the V brakes behind, at the back of the forks.
I was looking through the paperwork that came with them and it states that the brakes can be fitted to the front - obviously changing the config of the brake clamps.
Has anyone got any comments about fitting these to the front of the fork?, or care to share en experiences, or words of wisdom? In engineering terms I'm guessing the brakes would be more efficient at the back as the wheel rotation drags the brake block inwards upon braking??
Thanks in advance. JB.
