Bought these to use, but builds are leaving rather than starting due to a house move in a month or so, so might as well let these go too. Price includes UK postage. Please reply in the thread and PM if interested.

Forks are in great cosmetic shape, with a few marks here and there, but nothing of note on the carbons. Once scratch on one of the braces, but other than that, everything else pretty minor. They are in better shape than the ones on my Pace RC200, but I don't have the time/inclination to swap them out as well as the ti stage 2 bolts, so grab them before I change my mind.

When I got them they were in need of a few elastomers - I had a spare kit and some other elatomers, so have added 6 new ones (possibly 8.) and the forks are almost in tip top working order. As I'm honest, the rebound is not quite full, so I think a few other elastomers would do the trick, and I'm including a few used pace elastomers you can use to top up the ones in there (A fork english patented technique) and a length of new elastomer than you can cut to size, drill and fit too.

Stantions are in great shape, as is the majority of the fork. The only negative cosmetically/functionally is the damper dial, which the previos owner had used pliers on (not as bad as it sounds). This is also a little stiff, but does work (probablly acccounts for the plier marks).

Oh, nearly forgot, 1 1/8 steerer, 180mm long.

Pics of the forks as well as them opened up for when I fitted some new elastomers.

Asking price is £80 NOW £70 posted, which is £25 cheaper than another set on here, these have the damper cartridge and some additional elastomers included too - bargain!!

Pace forks

Hi,

Can you adjust the spring rate to suit a very light person please? I'm after some forks for my (just) teenage son.

Cheers

The elastomers can be changed to suit rider weight - a member on here (justbackdated) or pace themselves should be able to supply them. I think justbackdated also does spring conversions to replace the elastomers. I think the elastomers in there are two hard and 6 medium in each leg, but what that actually means in terms of spring rate I can't really say, aside from I think the elastomer combination is probably suited to a lighter rider
