Pace RC35 MXC - 1995 (I think)

Medium elastomers, steerers are 223mm (alloy) 170mm (steel) usable length 1 1/8". Total is 261mm & 205mm respectively.

New circlips from justbackdated, the elastomers were fitted by the previous owner, I assume they are genuine Pace but don't know for sure. They certainly worked fine for my 75kg.

The crown caps came loose whilst riding and the legs chattered in the crown  apparently this is quite common. Since then I've cleaned up the marks with Scotchbrite and re-assembled with green Loctite on the leg and red Loctite on the bolts. I've not ridden the forks since as the frame they were on cracked at the BB shell and was sold on. The brake mounts and rocker are the right (wrong!) way around as I don't like the cable routing having the calipers behind the fork leg. This can be easily be changed back by unbolting the clamps / braces and re-fitting the other way around.

The price balances their overall condition with the elastomers and spare steerer, grease is included too.

£80 + postage
