I've still got the "other" set I bought (for £70) but they need a bit of work...
I stripped them down and cleaned them up and found that they were genearlly in pretty good nick (as far as I could see, save a bit of cosmetic wear and tear).
Although the elastomers were absolute mush, so you'll need a new set of them (£40ish from Pace), also one of the glued on brake bosses was not attached when I took them apart to clean them so that'll need re-glueing (not sure what you'd use ~ Tim (justbackdated) has an old jig and a vast knowledge of all things Pace - he's your man).
