Hi all,

Used to be a frequent visitor to this site. You inspired me to buy and improve this bike. Now it is time to sell it.

I can'tpost the link so if you just search ebay for Pace rc300 you'll find her!

Thanks for looking

Reminds me off the 1 i sold a while ago, don't want to sound negative but seems around £300 - £400 over priced?
You may be better splitting her?

I think your valuation is way off!! I've already turned down an offer of around £800! It's worth what someone wants to pay for it, they don't come up for sale enough to have a 'price'.

It's a lovely bike you've done a grand job

I'm tempted to say Graham isn't far off and if you've been offered £800 in today's market personally I would take it

Still, as you've pointed out it's on eBay so I hope you get what your looking for

I would'nt say it was a valuation i made, as you say its what some one is willing to pay, its just my opinion, as i have seen many sold on here , frames between £200 - £350 then £300ish for other parts.
I agree with Sylus, if i had been offered £800 it would'nt still be for sale thats for sure, good luck anyway, but i really think you should be on the phone to the guy that made you the offer
I think it was Jerkys Rc100 immaculate bike, complete original was only bid £1,200 on ebay, and thats alot more sort after than the 1 you are selling and alot more rare.
Must say love the plain alloy look, was same as mine, prefer them to the painted frames.

There is an Rc200 on there at the moment going for £700 with 3 days left to run on it's auction. That will fetch over 900. I received an offer of 800 within 1 day of putting it on. My buy it now price is 950. I'm open to sensible offers and just waiting for the right one.

It cost £2 to put it up an I'm in no hurry to sell so happy to wait for the right buyer.

Thanks for your comments! All publicity is good publicity!!

Not mine buddy, my RC100 is a bit of a dog that deserves a good pampering but instead is put out to work. (Also I wouldn't sell a pace :P )

Dr.S may be the chap you are thinking of.

not wishing to comment on the price but I will do anyway. I think the price is about right, I seem to remember a frame alone fetching near £500 (although it was effectively NOS) in the last 3-4 months. The build kit on this one isn't totally to my taste and isnt totally aspirational as such selling as a complete bike it will be tough to realise its worth. (I would of thought people looking at an RC300 would have fairly particular tastes and XT doesn't cut it as far as flexing the imagination.)

All in all good price but could be tough to find some one who loves the build enough to pay it.
