Pace RC200 F8

The Bear

Cracked unfortunately. One small one at the base of the seat tube and one about an inch long on the head tube coming from the bottom edge at the front.
I've seen these repaired before but having no luck contacting any of the people involved to get an idea of price or if it's even possible.

Any thoughts on a price as is?

It's a 16" in red.

thanks!

Re:

Sorry to hear that.
Difficult with cracked frames.
I share your pain as I've a Vit T2 with a hairline crack in one place. I guess that's gone from a £350 frameset to £150 overnight?
Possibly similar values on a F8 frame? With two places to fix a bit less so £100 or lower even?
I reckon someone would take a gamble at <£100 anyhow (I think I would, and find a local metalwork place).
Of course, if someone has the skills, then can do it themselves for virtually nothing! Winner!
