How do I get the frame size?

Measure centre of bottom bracket to top of seat tube. If it was a later Pace then the size is part of the serial number (under bottom bracket shell), but not on the RC100.

These came in 17", 18" and 21"....your looks small so I guess a 17"

Ok it's def a 17" frame!!
