Would it be wrong to have the frame repainted in the same straw gold as xc pro seatposts,i think the colour is very classy, but do you think it would look ok or should i stick to the original gunmetal grey?

Your bike, do as you please and don't bow to normal conventions.

Am still surprised people ask for opinions on purely subjective matters!

But hey that's just me.

I always liked Steve Worlands black powder coated one [albeit an RC200].. Classy..

I think Gold would look awesome...I had second thoughts about painting my Pace Pink but glad I did...

Steve Worland's Pace does look like a RC100, we wondered if MBUK made a mistake, or if it was one of the very original RC200's

Go gold anyway...it'll look awesome!!!

If you do, I will hunt you down and have the frame put under a protection order for its own safety.

Agree...but if you need some extra encouragement...that "straw gold colour" (piss?) was a kinda part of the pace 'livery', well at least on my RC30 crown , RC20 chainrings, and RC50 hub flanges it is.

Go to it! it'll either look astounding or a bit Jimmy Saville (jewelry! jewelry!)

That Worland bike is a RC100
