Pace Kevlar RC35 forks advice please.
I have these forks on my old Cannondale bike and haven't used it for around 3 years. They were fine when I last used them but have now bottomed out entirely. I've read the thread saying that they are easy to strip down but wondering why they failed without even riding it. Do the elastomers break down?
