i am bidding on a pace frame, the frame number is f818030, is this an 18" or 19", cheers for all your help

18" isn't it going by the frame number? f818030 = An F8 in 18 number 30?

I agree with gilesP 18". Pace RC200 Frames measure from centre of bottom bracket to where the under side of the seat holder attaches to the frame just above the top tube
