Get a bolt on hanger.
Wrap an old innertube around the chainstay and hide that mess[tuck the first bit into itself then secure with a zip-tie at the other]
its a cheap frame,try and highlight the good points like its got such and such dimension bottom bracket included free,same with the seatclamp
Dont put it down,be positive, as long as it isnt serious dont point it out
