Seeing as my F3 is RC0809, i reckon that makes yours the frame built immediately after it!

The 18 refers to frame size.

Aha, right. Now if the owner has sent it back to pace to have a disk brake adapter welded on. Does that bugger up the retroness/value?

Who knows what the disc mount does to the value. I guess this auction will decide...

To me, the frame looks great. I could probably ignore the disc mounts as the rest of the frame looks mint, it even has the original decals - a real bonus on a 15 year old frame.

If the forks are in good order then i guess the whole package will reach somewhere in the region of £300?
