Pace 1 1/8" Steerer Tube - Brand New Uncut

Evening!

Thanks partly to my incompetence and some mis-information supplied by Pace, i am the proud owner of a Pace 1 1/8" Steerer Tube that i have absolutely no use for.

It's 1 1/8", Brand New, Uncut and about 12" Long

I was fleeced £29 including postage and packing for the privilege of recieving this inanimate object. Would somebody who can actually use it like to make me an offer for it?
