Owwwwwwww!

I had an xray at the hospital - nothing broken, apart from my pride... Although I've spoken to a few different people and soft tissue injuries can take longer to heal than bone ones, maybe I should've gone a bit faster?!?!

I'm in Worthing Mr Wu, Brighton sounds good if my shoulders better, what are the dates and whereabouts? If I think I might be fit, I'll give my stumpy a one handed polish in the meantime......fnar fnar

I gave my self concussion once. Not a mark on me. I was talking away. And they all thought I was aright  . Shows what rubbish I talk

My last fall put me off cycling to the point that i sold every bike thing i had ,'never again says i'
Hit one of those 'pinch' points the council is building to narrow the roads
hit it -went over the bars -landed on my head[no helmet]
Injury's were,1 damaged nerve in my scalp, eye damage from me specs getting shoved in,broken finger[pinkie]and the worst whiplash injury they've ever treated [for a long time they though id broken my neck]
1 year on and the neck injury doesn't seem to want to leave me,still burns like hell most days
Now i can hear some of you saying  no helmet tsk tsk and all that, but i was told if i had been wearing my helmet ,as i landed it would have pushed my neck further over, possibly past the point of no return,ie-Crack

Haha, I've done this...I was unconscious for a couple minutes- I thought it was seconds....not a scratch on me.

A friend of mine got concussed at a school rugby match a few years ago, later on that evening he was nearly suspended for being drunk! It took a while before the teachers believed him...

I just got a call from Worthing hospital, turns out they 'may have missed a crack on the xray', thats why it still f**king hurts then!!!!!

There is a Mrs of a retrobiker who works in casualty

Any idea of their name? I've got to go back tomorrow morning after what will probably be a completely pointless physio session....
