+1 , I put my back out about 6 years ago and after plenty of yoga it's been perfectly fine for a long time .

I broke my back late last season when I over cooked a corner a little bit and landed on my head into a rock. Had a fairly major spinal fusion to fix it but I'm still in recovery and as of yet haven't made it back on a bike. I'm in my 30's now and definitely feel injuries more than I used to. It's unclear whether I'll ever make it back on a big DH bike but I hope I'll be able to carry on riding to some degree.. I hope! :?
