Orange X1 Strata Rear Shock

Can anyone shed any light on where you can get these shocks serviced please? Mine has never been done and it started to clunk a bit on yesterdays ride. Can Orange arrange it or has anyone sent them back to the manufacturer?

Give RTSClassic a pm, i just sold him my Orange X1 with a Rockshox deluxe fitted instead, also in the sale i included a fully functional Strata . . . . when i got it serviced my local LBS forwarded it on, I can try and find out to who if you wish . . . . But i assure you its cheaper to buy a super deluxe instead , Easy swap as the bushes in the strata fits directly into the Super D and use a couple of washers either side to cenralise the shock jobs a goodun !

How much do rockshox cost compared to a service then and where is the best source for them? i think i would prefer to keep it all stock i think if i can. the only things that aren't original on mine are the grips pedals and saddle.

The shocks were serviced by Hotlines when they distributed them. As for now no one does em anymore. Is it the coil or air shock?
