Interested in the Syncros stem.
Does it include the top cap?
Also, what is the height of the part of the stem that clamps the steerer.

It does include the top cap, but not the piece that sits within the steerer tube that the bolt screws into.

The part that clamps on to the steerer is 50mm at the narrowest point.
