Orange Stalk and Stalk Lite stems

Does anybody know who made these for Orange? Were they made by the Orange guys themselves or were they rebadged stuff made by the likes of Kalloy, like the seat posts were?

Re-badged generic stuff mate. The only ones they made were the early stem/bar combo. There were plenty of people using the mk2 Stalk with a different name.
