Going by the burgandy metalic paintwork underneath the orange & white, I dont thinks its an Orange.

yeh I was thinking that. I think it may be rust BTW.


But the colour looks dead on. The Prestige had a different orange to that of the clockwork didnt it?


It's also got the "pearlescent white" look to it and definitely doesnt look like a respray.

Actually - On closer inspection, I bet that is an original.

Who would go to all that effort with all the correct spec orange gear on it (stalk stem, DX gear etc)

The seattube looks dead on too.

Thats a Prestige for sure, seat tube lug, canti stop on wishbone, even down to the double eyelets on the drop outs.

Wonder what the reserve is... Unrealistic probably.

That's a Prestige.
The geometry on the early ones was a little odd. The 17" frames had a longer steerer tube than the later Orange frames.

I would say 1992 Prestige.



(side note I would be interested to know how light a 1992 Prestige frame is, should be pretty light for the time, use Logic Prestige iirc and was in thier weenie times)
