Orange P7 1995

Hi all,

Just picked up a 95 Orange P7 with pace forks and looking for advice on cleaning it up and sourcing parts too.
The lacquer had seen better days and needs to come off! It will need new black decals and new pace decals for the forks, does anyone know who can make me some?
The worst thing about the frame from a period correct point of view is the disc brake mount someone has welded to the rear then added the black paint or tape you can see in the picture (To hide the heat damage maybe??)

As for decals (both Frame and Fork) Gil on here should be able to help.

As for the disc mount. I suppose it could be cut off if you're thinking of fully stripping and re-lacquering.

I have bought some decals for the bike and pace forks from Gil

Do you know what seatpost size it takes? Is it supposed to have a shim? mine doesn't.

Had a mini victory today as managed to get my stuck one out. The original seatpost is a 26.4 which as you say is shimmed. Steel frame with an alu shim to steel seatpost was never going to end well !!
