next, 100mm travel bomber supercomp forks with adjustable rebound / damping. ran these on the above frame for 3 years and they were flawless. will take v's / canti's if you fit the bosses or disc. measured at 18.5" a-c (unfitted)

£45 posted
forks plus headset £55 posted (headset only £12.50 posted

very red ano hope big-uns, 36h laced to an unknown mavic rim, i've been using these with v's hence the paint just starting to rub off. the rear needs a small amount of tlc, one spoke by the valve hole will probably need replacing as it is slightly bent (my guess was from removing a pump, it was like that when i bought them) and it will need a true, front runs nice and straight. these wheels seem pretty much bomb-proof and are just too big and heavy for my clockwork so are going in favour of some mono's. £70 posted (not including skewers or rubber)

very intrested in these if they take discs :D any pic's ?

struggling for pics for the next half hour or so.... visitors are ruining my afternoon off work!!

they do take discs, i just need to remove the old bolts that were drilled out (i think i actually sent you the discs when i got the wheels!) there are a couple of rough pics on my clockwork build thread in the meantime.

steering was fine, if a touch lively at the extremes on the longer stem. i ran a 100 & 120 stem at different points in its life (went longer & onto a flat bar with bar ends from a riser as i wanted to be stretched out a bit more for road use.) i also had 170 crank arms but ran a pretty long seatpost with the seat thrown as far back as it would allow. i'm just over 5'10" and i honestly feel an extra inch or two on the top tube and the frame would be the perfect size for me.

the clockwork i replaced it with feels pretty similar to all intents & purposes but i'm running that on a 0 rise 90mm stem (should have gone a bit longer tbh.)
